Minimum order value:
There is a minimum order value of 600 INR for delivery outside Gurugram. If the order is small, we may have to club it with other deliveries to make it commercially viable to deliver. In this case, your delivery timelines may get impacted.

Pricing:
All the products listed on the site will be sold at special prices mentioned unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged at the time of the delivery. The WhatsApp Catalog/ Website prices are final and binding. In case of any discrepancy, the WhatsApp Catalog/ Website price at the time of ordering will supersede.

Billing:
We are providing only digital bills once the billing is done, through an SMS/WhatsApp, which will have a total of your bill and a link to your detailed bill. We are not providing any paper bills for the purchases.

Payments
You can make payment by defined means like a digital wallet, UPI, bank transfer, and COD which keeps updating from time to time. You are requested to share the details of payment made by you on WhatsApp no 91-935 524 9292. In case the payment details are not made available to us, we will send a reminder towards due payments and follow for settlement of dues. You will be responsible to ensure that our accounts are credited with your payments and have to take up with respective digital payments co or banks in case of discrepancy.

Post supply upkeep and Shelf Life:
Handling of supplies post-delivery: MyStore and its products are fresh and without any preservatives. You are requested to let the spices in some clean container, if you keep the spices packed for long in this paper/plastic packet in which they are supplied, it may get spoiled. The same applies to all other products and supplies as well, it should be emptied in clean and tight containers. The shelf life of our spices would be 4-8 weeks. However, a lot will depend on storage conditions and may impact the shelf life favorably or adversely. Customers are also requested to use their wisdom while consuming these products on the basis of general awareness as our supplies are unprocessed only.

Packaging:
We are sourcing & packing fresh spices for delivery as and when order is received. Each packet may not carry the individual prices or other details on it due to instant repackaging against your order. You may refer to T&C of supply for the shelf life etc.
