Due to the spread of COVID-19, we will not be able to replace/return the supplies after delivery, this is for the safety of our customers and staff. Since these are perishables, Request to check the supplies and raise your queries within 24 hrs of delivery, if they are not to your satisfaction. We will try and address your concern in the best possible manner without replacements.
You as a customer can cancel your order only before it is dispatched for delivery and all refunds related to this will be initiated from our side within 48hrs and the amount will be credited back to the customer account within 5-7 working days.
All order Refunds for any such cancellation before order delivery can be only done through wallet/UPI/Bank transfer only.
